Highresolution heightmaps and geometry for Ireland Texture

Collection of high-resolution heightmaps and geometry for the Emerald Isle. The preview images display exaggerated elevations to make them more visible, but these heights do not reflect the actual values found in the datasets. Grayscale values between 0-1 are representative of height values ranging from -100 to 10,000 meters. To achieve accurate results, these grayscale values must be accurately remapped accordingly. In the included files, latitude/longitude coordinates designated as "LatLon" correspond with the following geographical bounds: a minimum latitude of 51.0 degrees, a maximum latitude of 56.0 degrees, a minimum longitude of -11.0 degrees, and a maximum longitude of -5.0 degrees. Cartesian-aligned datasets utilize a mapping process that aligns latitude/longitude coordinates onto an earth-sized sphere, positions the poles on a grid, and relocates them to the origin point. This method minimizes distortion in the final dataset.
