A previous creation of mine features a robot, animated through object parenting within nurbs curves. The design maintains simplicity, initially rendered with Vray but subsequently converted to standard Blinn shaders. Unnecessary UV mapping was omitted from certain meshes, while textured meshes were appropriately UV'd. The model is currently subdivided and can be further subdivided if required.
