highly customizable key organizerDescriptionThis is a simple but very robust key organizer for all your keys.Model is easily customizable to your needs. It is designed with FreeCAD 0.21 and the FreeCAD project is contained in files section, where you can find all relevant properties to adjust the model.For the meaning of the properties see the commmented screenshot in the pictures secttion.Most relevant model parametersIn the FreeCAD project, click on the Sketch of the first "Pad Feature" and look at the property section "Params". Then you see following custom properties (and also some others)Width:the width/thickness of the whole bundle of your keysKey Length:the length for your longest key, measured from the mounting hole of the key to the tip.Head Lengththe head length of your longest key, measured from the mounting hole of the key to the beginning of the key bit.Print MaterialFor maximum durability I printed this with ASA material, but should also work with PETG and PLAAssemblyFor assembly you need a M4 Screw with a rounded pan head (DIN 7985) and a M4 hexagonal bolt nut.Of course screw must be long enough for your chosen width of the organizer.If you cannot find a screw with perfect length, just take a longer one and cut it to the right length with a metal saw.Also other screw diameters and different screw heads are possible, but then you need to adjust some more advanced properties in the model.
