High voltage variable capacitor

This is a 3D printed butterfly type variable capacitor. Can be extended to any length/capacity by just adding more plates. Distance between rotor and stator plates is ~ 2.5mm. Currently contain only 3 plates for the rotor and 4 sets for the stator. Minimum capacity is ~3pF, maximum ~20pF. Except the printed parts, you need some aluminium foil adhesive tape (50mm width), 2 ball bearings and M6 rods/nuts. Not tested yet in a magloop, but I expect to support more than 50W.
