High Strength Paracord Block and Tackle Pulley

Just for kicks, I created a block and tackle with the goal of making one strong enough to hold my own weight with paracord. (Paracord as seen on Amazon: http://amzn.to/1gIiqlo) This design employed 6 pulleys to divide my 170 lb body weight six times into roughly 30 lbs input force, which proved sufficient but required delicate balancing. I later refined the mount and center holder to keep everything centered. The design is also modular, allowing users to adjust the number of pulleys on the block as desired. According to my clevis calculator (available here: http://engineerdog.com/resourc...) at 50% infill (ABS), this design can withstand a load of up to 550 lbs, which is supposed to be the breaking point for paracord.
