sketchfab
The High Street Wall in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia was meticulously documented by the Historic American Landscapes Survey (HALS) of the Heritage Documentation Programs (HDP), a division of the National Park Service (NPS). Led by Richard O'Connor, Chief, HALS spearheaded this project. Backing from the Historic Preservation Training Center (HPTC), NPS, was generously provided by Moss Rudley, Superintendent. Project planning fell to Paul Dolinsky, Chief, HALS, in collaboration with Gary Zbel, Supervisory Exhibits Specialist, HPTC. The actual fieldwork was carried out by a talented team of architects from HDP: Dana Lockett, Ryan Pierce, and Mark Schara.
