This is a Ducted Fan that I designed with Fusion 360. It works seamlessly with an Electric Motor measuring 23 mm in diameter and featuring a 3mm shaft. As usual, the file you'll download contains multiple CAD formats so you can easily modify my design to suit your needs. There's also an Optimized Propeller that requires significantly less power to function properly. IMPORTANT! If you have a DC-Motor with different dimensions: Please note these values in the comments: Motor diameter Motor length Shaft diameter Shaft length I'll upload the model with the requested dimensions as soon as possible! Print Settings Printer: Original Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: IMPORTANT: Use support material ONLY when printing the fan, not the duct. Post-Printing I designed this project in Fusion 360. It's a straightforward yet effective design that gets the job done.
