high shoulder ball bearing 6201

high shoulder ball bearing 6201 (12x32x10) - no cage is needed this bearing is filled with 11 balls (Ø6mm - steel, plastic, ceramic or self printed balls) through a filling hole. there is a resistance when the balls are pressed into the raceway. therefore there is no problem that the balls fall out during operation. the normal bearing has 7 balls and it carries 3 balls when loaded. in the shoulder bearing, 5 balls carry when loaded. therefore, the force is distributed over more surface area, which increases the service life. in addition, it can be loaded axially to a higher level due to the high shoulders. this means it can withstand lateral impacts or short-term transverse loads and cannot be destroyed as a result, since there is only a 1mm gap between the inner and outer ring. the bearing has the dimensions of a standard 6201 ball bearing: 12mm bore, 32mm outside and 10mm width. of course it doesn't hold much, because it is only layered plastic - so for repairing the washing machine i wouldn't use it. the layer resolution should not exceed 0.15mm. after printing, roll up a piece of sandpaper into a small roller and rework the raceways to remove the z-seam and print residue. some silicone grease improves the running properties. since not everyone has 6mm balls at hand, i have included 12 balls as stl. Of course, some rework is required after printing to remove the grade from the brim. no matter how i tried to get the balls round, even at low loads the ball bearing cracks and grinds. it is better if you get balls and insert them. https://youtu.be/uhNmHqvYpS0
