high shoulder ball bearing 608 - without cage

high shoulder ball bearing 608 (8x22x7) - no cage is needed this bearing is filled with 11 balls (Ø4mm - steel, plastic, ceramic,...) through a filling hole. there is a resistance when the balls are pressed into the raceway. therefore there is no problem that the balls fall out during operation. the normal bearing has 7 balls and it carries 3 balls when loaded. in the shoulder bearing, 5 balls carry when loaded. therefore, the force is distributed over more surface area, which increases the service life. in addition, it can be loaded axially to a higher level due to the high shoulders. this means it can withstand lateral impacts or short-term transverse loads and cannot be destroyed as a result, since there is only a 1mm gap between the inner and outer ring. the bearing has the dimensions of a standard 608 ball bearing: 8mm bore, 22mm outside and 7mm width. of course it doesn't hold much, because it is only layered plastic - so for repairing the washing machine i wouldn't use it. the layer resolution should not exceed 0.15mm. after printing, roll up a piece of sandpaper into a small roller and rework the raceways to remove the z-seam and print residue. some silicone grease improves the running properties. for a larger bearing i have printable balls as stl-file. for this small ball bearing 4mm balls are needed. these cannot be printed and reworked in a sufficient quality. therefore it is recommended to get balls made of plastic, ceramic, metal or other material. https://youtu.be/T9emlN6v5cU
