This is a highly detailed, real-world scale model of a high-rise commercial building designed by an experienced architect. Building Dimensions: - Length: 50 meters - Width: 95 meters - Height: 90 meters Units Used: Centimeters Originally Created with 3ds Max 2011 Level of Detail and Usage: This model is suitable for various purposes, including real-time and game use in Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architectural applications. 396,676 polygons 215,608 vertices Geometry: The model's mesh is of high quality, featuring a clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit the geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. Shell Modifiers have been applied and disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers: - BLD_columns - BLD_details - BLD_floors - BLD_frames - BLD_glass - BLD_interior - BLD_railings - BLD_walls Presentation Images: All preview images have been rendered with 3.20 V-Ray.
