This is a realistic, real-world-scale model of a modern commercial building designed by a professional architect. Units: Centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model can be used for various purposes, including real-time applications, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality, with clean edges that flow smoothly. The geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add more details or edit the geometry as needed. All similar objects, such as furniture and equipment, are instances that can be easily changed or replaced. Scene objects are organized into layers. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt to test the geometry. VRayHDRI with a map and VRayCamera are included, making it ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects have UV mapping, and all materials are named properly. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plugins are required.
