This is a photorealistic 3D model of a modern office building designed by an expert architect. Units: Centimeters, Meters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 software. Level of detail and usage: This high-quality model is suitable for various purposes, including real-time and game development in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualizations, and architectural projects. Geometry: The model's mesh has clean edge flow, ensuring precise geometry. Thoroughly tested to detect any holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. Low-poly mesh allows easy modification and editing of additional details. All similar objects are instances for quick changes or replacements.
