This is a highly realistic, real-world-sized model of an office skyscraper designed by a professional architect. - Building dimensions: 50 meters x 50 meters x 150 meters (height) - Units used: Centimeters - Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 software. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE - This model is detailed with low-poly quality, making it suitable for various purposes such as real-time use, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. - The model contains 59,742 polygons and 65,592 vertices. GEOMETRY - The model's mesh is of high quality, featuring a clean edge flow that allows for easy addition of details and editing of geometry. - Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons to ensure its integrity.
