This unfinished, 16-story condominium features a penthouse and showcases a contemporary design inspired by Miami/Key Biscayne aesthetics. Constructed with concrete, it boasts an elevator shaft and a modern aluminum curtain wall on the lower two levels. Aluminum balcony railings adorn the structure, while its unique wing-shaped air foil - made of aluminum - is found on the rooftop. Ceiling heights vary between 12' (except for the lobby, 2nd floor business center/gym and 3rd floor lounge with pool tables) which boasts a 16' height. A great foundation for adding a glass curtain wall and potentially a pool on the 4th-floor balcony awaits. Designed using Autodesk Inventor LT 2018, the rooftop air foil has been modified to include an opening.
