This model is a high-rise building with provided textures. It employs system unit setup measured in millimeters and utilizes V-Ray rendering. Gamma correction is set to 2.2. Objects are organized into groups, each having assigned materials. There are no missing textures or incorrect texture paths. The objects maintain a 1:1 scale. Lights are not included in the model. An archive containing MAX 2012 files, OBJ, FBX, textures, and material library for V-Ray rendering is provided, with 3ds Max 2012 being the native application.
