High-Rise Building 2a 3D model

This is a high-rise polygonal model. Textures are included. A millimeter system unit was used for setup. It's been rendered in V-Ray with gamma 2.2 settings. Objects are organized into groups. Each object has its own material applied. No missing textures were found and texture paths were cleaned up. All objects scale to a one-to-one ratio. An HDRI file, weighing in at 305 megabytes within the Max_2012 archive, is included. One V-Ray sun light and one V-Ray camera are featured in the scene for studio lighting purposes. To render an identical image as seen in the preview, simply click on the render button. A complete archive including files for MAX 2012, OBJ, FBX, textures, and material libraries has been provided. The archive includes VRay rendered and materials applied to objects within 3ds Max 2012 - a native application. Texture resolutions vary: 1000x1000 pixels, 609x766 pixels, and 3205x3109 pixels.
