High Republic Inspired Lightsaber

<p>This was modeled after <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/266151-high-republic-inspired-lightsaber-with-fold-out-tr%2Fcomments">High Republic Inspired Lightsaber With Fold Out Triple Crossguard</a> by <a href="https://www.printables.com/social/260909-velocisniper/about">Velocisniper</a>.</p><p>I've added space for a collapsing blade and modified the emitter. The crossguard now uses small hooks to hold it in the open or closed position. While the crossguard is closed, the emitter is blocked off, which prevents the blade from extending.</p><p><a href="https://www.printables.com/model/308509-collapsing-lightsaber-blade">See this model for the blade.</a></p><p>The pommel is modified to hold a mini flashlight. I have modeled it for a <a href="https://lumintop.com/product/edc01/">Lumintop EDC01 Flashlight</a>, which is 66*14.5mm and runs on a AAA battery. (Unfortunatly the filament I've used isn't fully opaque and the flashlight shines through the hilt.) There is also a pommel without this modification.</p><p>And finally, everything was split into pieces according to their color.</p><h3>Print Instructions</h3><h4>Hilt</h4><p>The hilt consists of 19 pieces, numbered 1 to 19. The file-names for each piece contain the color this piece is supposed to be printed in - silver, gold or any. Everything was printed at 0.2mm layer height, unless stated otherwise.</p><p>Many pieces require supports. The easiest way is to just switch on supports for every piece and let your slicer decide where to add them. The only exception is piece 10. It does not require supports and the auto-generated supports can clog up the thread, so you should disable supports for this piece.</p><p>Print 3 copies of 2_gold.</p><p>If you want to use a flashlight, print pieces 17_any_flashlight, and 18_silver_flashlight and do not print 18_silver_closed. The piece 17_any_flashlight is printed in vase mode, at a low layer height (0.1mm) with no bottom layers.</p><p>If you do not want to use a flashlight, print 18_silver_closed.
