High reduction ratio gear system(worm gear, spur and straight bevel gear)

Design Concept: A. Gear Drive Train System: I selected worm gear, spur, and straight bevel gear to achieve a high reduction ratio. 1. Worm gear provides the main reduction ratio of 44. 2. Spur gear offers an additional 4 reduction ratios. 3. Straight bevel gear provides another 4 reduction ratios and facilitates easy assembly. 4. The total reduction ratio is 704. B. Standard Parts: I chose bearing holders to minimize costs and reduce tolerance during assembly. C. High-Rotation Stabilization: A D-cut shaft and socket set screw ensure stable rotation between the shaft and gear. D. Assembly Considerations: To simplify assembly and control tolerances, I mounted the main structure in the back cover (blue one). It's a thrilling challenge to work with so many talented CAD Engineers, bringing their creative ideas to life. Time was of the essence when taking on this challenge, but it was worth the effort. Even without prior experience designing gear systems, I dove right in and tried my best to create something impressive. Although some details might not be perfect, I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far. I hope you guys enjoy my design! I'd love to participate in more activities like this, even if there's no prize involved. This experience has been incredibly valuable for enhancing my CAD skills.
