Here we go again! So, I just published this thing without any explanation. Let's start from scratch! This is a rotating plate that I'm working on for an FMCW Radar. It allows my radar to spin 360 degrees with exceptional detail. It achieves a level of precision reaching up to 12 bits (4096 points per rotation).
