BOM: - 4x M3 nuts - 4x M3 lock nuts - 4x M3x16 screws - 4x 10 mm springs (wire diameter 0.5 mm; inner diameter 3.5 mm) - 12x DIN 9021 3 mm washers (inner diameter 3.2 mm; outer diameter 9 mm; height 0.8 mm) To achieve maximum strength, print with a massive perimeter of 2 mm. The print settings I used were: 0.3 mm resolution, 2 mm perimeter, 2 mm bottom layers, no top layer, 20% Tri-Hexagon infill, and no support.
