High air flow Ender 3 fan cover/guard

I was searching for a superior fan cover for my Ender 3 and stumbled upon the design of #k19k19. It's clever to utilize a screw to secure the cover, but I found all other designs severely restrict airflow. This is evident from the noise the fan produces at maximum speed. To address this issue, I developed a significantly taller and less restrictive design that provides ample protection for my needs. The screw does require some fine-tuning, but it currently holds up satisfactorily. I recommend printing without support, while keeping an eye on layer height to ensure the screw receives adequate detail. A suggested layer height is 0.12 mm. Infill isn't particularly necessary.
