HiFive Unleased 1 Case
thingiverse
It's a perfect fit for this device: https://www.crowdsupply.com/sifive/hifive-unleashed. No special support is needed when printing (just rotate the top case by 180 degrees), and it works great with PLA, ABS, or other materials. All buttons, switches, LEDs, and everything else are easily accessible. With decent protection, it's not waterproof, but should be enough for carrying in your bag. You can screw the board to the top part first (using the PCB holes close to the CPU), then add the bottom part of the case which then screws to the default standoffs. Both top and bottom have a small lip that overlaps so the whole case snaps together nicely and keeps both parts from moving around. The sides have pretty big holes, making it easy to use your fingers to interact with everything without touching any components. The intake vents are large enough to pass plenty of air in (the fan is fairly small and has minimal flow in the center), and small enough for fingers to get into the fan without hurting yourself or damaging it. The case also protects the board from big/blunt objects during transport, but it's not designed to be foolproof - if you want to take a screwdriver and push it into the fan, you can. If anything needs tweaking, an original parametric SolidWorks file is included too.
