Hifiman HE-400i Replacement join

A design for replacing a part that broke on my pair of Hifiman HE-400i, it has broken twice on different headbands, but after paying £5 on shipping and a £30 on customs I decided this time to design the replacement part for it. After a few iterations in longer screw posts breaking off, bigger screw holes and the screws needing to be recessed a bit more to fit properly this design seems to be holding up. I have had this on my pair of HE-400i for a few weeks and it seems to be holding up well I have decided to put this up for anyone else that may have suffered the same problem. If this one fails I will try printing in resin to see if it holds up as well. Update on resin, used my Elegoo mars pro with Elegoo standard photopolymer resin, part was too brittle and broke before I got the headphones on This is on the left on mine but the design is the same on both sides, the printed one doesn't allow for as much rotation as the original part
