Hidden Screw, Print in Place Wall hook

<p>The hidden screw wall mount mechanism is an elegant solution to a simple problem. I wanted to design a wall hook that could match most modern decor within the home. because I hate wasting support material the dovetail part supports the main body during printing to make a hassle free print and no wasted plastic :) also since they print together they form a precise and flush surface on the back when mounted.</p><p>recommendations:</p><p>(No supports needed)</p><p>For strength I would recommend printing at above 15% infill, even at 5% in PLA+ it was quite strong but safety factor is always good.</p><p>For layer thickness I would not recommend going larger than 0.03mm layer height the overhang at the end of the hook will suffer at larger layers.</p><p>A standard No. 6 wood screw should fit well in the countersink it can also accommodate slightly larger screws depending on type but I do recommend a tapered countersink style screw.</p><p>I included a small divot on the back of the hook to provide a spot to leverage when breaking the pieces free from each other.</p>
