This clip is designed for displaying wall quilts or similar artwork in a stylish way. To ensure stability, use two or more clips together as support. Each clip features holes that allow the end clips to be securely nailed to the wall using 1" wire nails. Clips between the end clips can also be nailed down if desired, but it's not necessary. The alignment of the clips is maintained by a 3/8" diameter wooden dowel, which provides additional support for the inner clips. The brilliance of this design lies in its ability to showcase quilts without any visible attachment features and keep the supporting dowel concealed from view. This preserves the beauty of the quilt while keeping it securely displayed on the wall. You can choose the color of the clips to match your quilt or wall, or opt for clear as I did to minimize visibility. This clip is ideal for hanging lightweight quilts, but its versatility also makes it suitable for displaying other forms of lightweight art. I created my clips using PETG, which proved to be a great choice due to its durability and flexibility. ABS and Nylon are also excellent options, while PLA might not hold up well over time due to potential creep. 12-15-2019 update: I've made some tweaks to the design to improve grip and stability. These changes have been verified through rigorous FEA analysis for maximum effectiveness.
