This harsh reality was my friend's daunting challenge. Despite the physical and emotional turmoil she faced, she bravely chose to safeguard her future. Solomon's Seal becomes a powerful symbol in this sculpture, representing her Ashkenazi Jewish heritage - another significant risk factor at play. As a yoga instructor, my friend draws strength from the meditative pose depicted here, known as Hidden Prayer. I am humbled by the opportunity to highlight the groundbreaking medical advancements that are saving women's lives today, especially those of incredible friends like mine!
