The objective was to craft a compact, resilient protective casing for up to two micro SD cards that could withstand being tossed into my bag without popping open or causing any inconvenience during assembly. To achieve this, I designed it in Inventor with an internal hinge as a single part, aiming to sidestep the structural flaws typically encountered when assembling small prints.
