Hidden Forest Realm Portal

I saw some dioramas and light boxes/shadow boxes with cool depth and wanted to try to mash it all into the space of the portal to make it look more "real". The slot for the layers to slide in was a tad bit wide and I just used a shim to get it to stay in place, I thought about fixing it but I don't want to wait for it to print again so I don't think I will. The sides of the portal frame aren't very defined or weathered because I find it easier to take it off the print than to add it into the model. If you plan on painting the layers I would make them a bit thinner to make sure they still fit in. I did add the second portal frame where the only difference is the tolerances, I'd print just enough of the bottom of the frame to see if the picture part will fit before printing the whole frame. There's like five parts in the same file it was easier to make it that way but it's easier to print separately and you can use colors. :)
