HICTOP Vibration Damper Feet
thingiverse
This is a remix of simple yet well-designed vibration dampening feet for my HICTOP 3DP-18 Prusa clone, featuring ~7.7mm thick acrylic. The bottom is wide enough to accommodate your favorite rubber/silicone dampers or you can place a cut-up rubber band on top between the frame and the feet to absorb vibrations. I needed at least six of these for my printer. These feet have significantly reduced noise and vibrations onto my desk, effectively eliminating my printer's tendency to almost walk off the desk after a long overnight print. **Print Settings** * Printer: HICTOP 3DP-18 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: .3 mm or lower * Infill: 100% **Notes** I printed this with PLA, but any material could work. I plan to use TPU in the future and will update the pictures if they are successful. **Design Details** Modified in Tinkercad
