Hictop Tenlog D3 mount for MakerTech3D DSE
thingiverse
I am adding the MakerTech3D Dual Switching Extruder to my Duet/Duex5 upgraded Tenlog/Hictop TL-D3 Pro. (Almost nothing is stock anymore, so apologies for Frankenstein system) I use the sliding mount system from the Hictop Titan Extruder upgrade, which provides a dovetail slide mounted to the printer. The DSE mounts via ~25mm standoffs to 31 x 31mm NEMA-size M3. I have given 4.2mm holes, that allow heatset brass M3 x5 inserts to be added by solder iron. I salvaged the brass 25mm standoffs from the stock Tenlog breakout board, as the plastic ones in DSE kit were annoying. For V6 mounting, I've included TeachingTech's Wedge Mount to secure: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4181353 Modified Wipe Bucket also included: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4613204 Being tested for use by https://www.makertech3d.com/products/dual-switching-extruder-non-proforge
