HICTOP Pursa i3 Power Case
thingiverse
I designed this enclosure for the bottom side of a power supply unit to add switch functionality to my printer, so that I wouldn't have to reach under the desk every time I wanted to turn it off. The holes are designed to hold a rocker switch as well as a standard IEC 320 C13/C14 power cord, which is used in most desktop computers. Once all of the wires are connected, the two pegs on the side fit into the existing holes on the side of the power supply and a 3mm screw is screwed into the countersunk hole. Update: May 14, 2017 - I'm not sure if the power supplies are the same in newer model HICTOP printers, but this one was designed for the HICTOP 3DP-11-ATL. Make sure to check before printing that your power supply will work. This design attaches to the power supply by inserting into two holes on the right side of the power supply and a screw replaces one of the screws that holds the circuit board to the power supply casing. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: HICTOP Pursa Mendel i3 Rafts: Not Required Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 10% Notes: I added support material for the pegs on the side of the print because Cura decided the overhang was too small to require any.
