I was having trouble tracking down a pesky Z-resonance issue when I stumbled upon the super-thin plate that secures the Z-axis smooth rod. That's when it hit me - the root cause of my problems lay in this flimsy piece of hardware. So, I crafted a solution to hold it in place, and either file will do the trick, but I personally prefer the more streamlined "lite" version.
