HICTOP Prusa i3 Y axis idler pulley mount (added radiused corne
pinshape
I've revised this slightly to soften the edges which should minimize belt friction, and for anyone looking to customize it themselves I'm including the original 123D Design files. This was my first attempt at anything with CAD, I have one installed on my printer and it seems to work well, in fact better than the original design. The original acrylic part caused the belt to veer off course from side to side resulting in excessive wear. You can see in the photo that the side of the belt is showing signs of wear where it was rubbing against the sharp acrylic edge. I hope others may find this useful. If you have any feedback please leave a comment below. I believe this applies to both the aluminum and acrylic models. Mine is an aluminum model with some acrylic components, I created this just in case something went wrong. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:953556 has all of the other parts except for the Z axis top mount.
