1-piece design ensures stability, preventing belt bearing wobble and providing support to the bearing carriage. Material is trimmed back to allow wing nuts ample clearance on the heated bed's front. Initial prototype printed in ABS with 20% infill failed due to material weakness. To mitigate this, I recommend printing with at least 50% infill for maximum durability when using ABS.
