A fresh take on the standard cable chain we all rely on. Tailored specifically for the HICTOP Prusa i3, this design may also work on other i3s with similar setups and clearances. This system attaches directly to the X-axis stepper motor and the carriage. The chain runs discreetly behind the Z-axis components, resulting in a sleek appearance. Printer Settings: Printer: HICTOP Prusa I3 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 100% Notes: ABS or PLA can be used for printing. ABS is recommended for the motor-mounting part due to its high temperature tolerance. Using ABS for the entire chain provides excellent sturdiness. Post-Printing: Carriage Mount Holes The STL file does not include holes for the carriage, as models can vary greatly. After printing, use a small drill bit to create mounting holes. Optimal hole diameter is approximately 4mm.
