This filament guide clips onto the 2020 aluminum top frame, ensuring smooth filament flow through the extruder without any bending issues. A firm but gentle push will snap it into place, while a light tug is all that's needed to remove it when necessary. With a hole diameter of 4mm, this design accommodates both 1.75 and 3 mm filaments with ease. UPDATE: The latest version, "Filament holder 2.1 v3.stl," is now available for download. This upgraded model boasts increased rigidity thanks to its draft feature, along with an enhanced fitting system that snugly secures the aluminum frame. As seen in the accompanying image, the blue-printed item represents this new iteration, printed using PETG at 20% infill.
