HICTOP LCD on the bottom

I'm spoiled by my Rostock and Original Prusa i3 having LCD displays on the base. So, I decided to see what I could do for the HICTOP. Having the LCD on top of the frame limited what could be done to the top. I first tried remixing the Prusa design but found that the display stood too tall and interfered with Y-Axis travel. The end result was an LCD case that could be mounted to the front 2020 rail or stand alone if needed. Oh yes, I made the reset accessible - HICTOP left it out! The SD slot is cleaner and easier to hit when inserting a card.
