These are replacement clamps for the Y Linear Rods to hold them to the frame rails. In addition to the holes to hold the clamps to the rails, the clamps have one hole vertically to accommodate a m3 bolt and nylon lock nut that you tighten to hold the rods tight. To install you will notice the rear clamps do not go all of the way through and only have a slit, this is so you can push the rod all of the way in until it hits the end. When you tighten the m3 bolt only snug it slightly just to hold the rod in place. this prevents wobbling. Once your y-carriage is slid on the rods, you can now put on the front clamps. You will notice the clamp holes go all of the way though. The reason for this is so you can push the clamps on inside the rails. You do this so you can set the rails and clamps in-between the frame rails. Once you get the rails in place you can slide the front clamps up to the frame rails. repeat instructions for rear clamps. Be sure to center your carriage.
