HICTOP CableTie Cam Clip UPDATED(3/3/2017)
thingiverse
I created Cam style clips for the HICTOP printer to secure cabling using Zip ties effectively.\nI designed it thicker to make it stronger and more reliable.\nTo install a clip, insert the cam into the slot on the bar and gently pull the outer tabs while rotating clockwise. Be careful not to lift too hard, or you'll break the cam off completely. Just lift the tabs enough to get them over the rail. The slit in the middle of the clip will flex and allow the locks to slide smoothly over the bar into the slot with the cam twisting securely into place. The clip can still be moved left and right; if you position them correctly and only tie down the cables afterwards, your cables and clips will stay exactly where you placed them.\nThis is the kit I bought from Harbor Freight to remove fill material from the zip tie holes efficiently. http://www.harborfreight.com/56-piece-precision-knife-set-36410.html
