I modified a thing on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1664017 to get it working better with IGUS Drylin RJ4JP-01-08 bearings. I couldn't get the x-carriage to slide smoothly using common SC8UU bearing blocks. I made this to replace two upper bearing blocks with one SC8LUU block that holds two of the IGUS bearings, ensuring the two upper bearings were aligned. You can find the SC8LUU on Amazon and Ebay. IGUS recommends fixing one set of bearings on a guide rail while allowing the others to float. I elongated holes in the mount for the bottom SC8UU bearing block so it could move up and down about 2mm. This setup eliminated binding on the x-axis. I attached the lower bearing block to the mount before placing it on the guide rail. I used blue Loctite on bolts, locking them in a position that allowed the bearing block to move up and down but not front to back. My x-axis belt holder sat right next to the lower bearing block, so I ground off about 2mm from the top side of the block for clearance.
