My initial E3D holder printed from PLA warped a bit during the printing of PETG and ABS. After redoing it completely, I printed with PETG instead. Several days of testing show that it works quite well now. I've utilized Noctua 40x10 (hotend) and 40x20 (layer) fans for cooling. The nozzle position is roughly similar to the original Hictop 3DP12 extruder setup, requiring no adjustments to the settings. It uses the same original bed sensor. I highly recommend this extruder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:711401 This fan cover has been used successfully: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2839889 And this (modified) X belt holder is also recommended: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1003604
