HIC Prusa I3 Dual Bowden E3D V6 Hotend Extruder Mount w/ 18mm Inductive Probe

I used the backplate from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1100982/#files and extruder mount from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:829066/#files. I modified it to add an 18mm probe mount, and use inserts with #6-32 machine screws to attach the extruders and the extruder mount to the backplate (total of 7 used). The #6 inserts I used are from here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-32-6-32-Number-6-Brass-Threaded-Heat-Set-Inserts-for-3D-Printing-Screws-Metal-/291980008796 and the M3 inserts are from here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/M3-3mm-M3-0-5-Brass-Threaded-Heat-Set-Inserts-for-3D-Printing-Bolts-Screws-Metal-/291958928350?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT. I plan to add a fan with ducting for cooling PLA soon, but since I mostly print ABS this should be all that is needed for now. 11/22/16 I added M3 inserts to the back for the belt connection and made the mounting plate thicker to ensure the heads of the screws that mount to the bearings are inset into the plate. 11/27/16 I replaced existing files and added a couple more. You may have to drill out some of the #6 holes a little bit but other than that this design is solid. The probe mount is now a separate part that attaches with 2 #6 machine screws (this brings the total number of #6 screws to 9). It's mounted lower down than it was previously. Also, the hotend mount assembly now mounts higher up on the backplate. The lower set of holes for the #6 inserts are still there if you need them for some reason. 12/23/2016 I added another STL file for the probe mount piece which mounts the probe even lower, needed for E3D volcano. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 60% Notes: These are just the settings I used - supports are probably a good idea, but less infill should be fine.
