This is a Muzzle Brake Addon designed to complement my barrel shroud design, creating a sleek elongated look. The brake features an oblong barrel hole intentionally crafted to accommodate varying printer models, allowing you to adjust the height using set screws on both the top and bottom. To enhance the attachment strength of the brake, I've included a P-rail for the bottom that connects to the barrel shroud on one end and the brake on the other. Feel free to add a rail to the top as well; I plan to do so myself. Simply adjust the top set screw until the brake is even with the shroud, then tighten the bottom set screw. A large hole allows easy access to the bottom set screw, which will be fully covered by the included rail. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Choose your preferred setting Infill: 20% for sufficient grip on the set screws Notes: You'll need to drill a hole for the top set screw, as I've used a generic screw type in my example and don't know your specific needs.
