After numerous attempts to master surface tension, I've finally created a system that prints flawlessly on 100,75,50,35,20,10 microns. This cutting-edge technology is typically found in high-end professional printers like the Ultra by EnvisionTec. Goodbye to the problems caused by surface tension, such as bulging effects and others. ___________________________________________________ These vats are crafted from 3mm and 6mm transparent and white acrylic. Barrels are made of 8mm stainless steel. The construction platform is built with 5mm aluminum. Other hardware components are printed using an FFF printer on PLA filament. All that's required to assemble the entire system is drilling four holes in your printer. The self-adhesive film with Teflon for the vat cap was sourced from Muve3D.
