Summary After months of struggling to master surface tension, I've finally developed a system that effectively prints on 100, 75, 50, 35, 20, and 10 microns. This advanced technology is typically only found in top-of-the-line professional printers like the Ultra by EnvisionTec. Say goodbye to the pesky problems caused by surface tension, such as bulging effects and more. With this system, you'll be able to achieve precise prints without any issues. The vat itself is constructed from 3mm and 6mm transparent and white acrylic. The barrels are made of sturdy 8mm stainless steel, while the construction platform is built on a solid 5mm aluminum base. Additional hardware components were printed using an FFF printer with PLA filament. Assembly requires only four holes to be drilled into your printer. To complete the setup, I used a self-adhesive film with Teflon for the vat cap, which can be purchased from Muve3D at http://www.muve3d.net/press/product/fepteflon-non-stick-reservoir-coating/. They provide clear instructions on how to apply it correctly. To help you get started, I've included a link to download the original file, created using Rhinoceros software.
