Hi-Link HLK-TX510 Enclosure
thingiverse
An enclosure for the HI link Face Recognition Module(HLK-TX510). Designed with a "modular" approach to allow additional parts to be bolted on for a more universal use case.Following catered for in the design: HLK-TX510Open-smart Fingerprint Sensor(Have 4 different brands they all fit).ld2410c presence sensoresp32 devkit v1PN532 ModuleThe 4 pillars for the screen was a bit of an oversight an could be broken off to make it easier. The screen fits perfectly in the indent and the additional tabs holds in place securely. The following was designed after the final prints and has not been tested:Access Control FR v12_Body1_Radar BracketAccess Control FR v12_Radar BracketThe inner and outer rails width of base and Main Cover were decreased slightly after final print to make the slide action easier and avoid sanding.Bolts used:M3 x10mm bolts = Finger Scanner Coverm3 x 8 mm bolts = Screen/Module Holding Tab , Radar Brackets(LD2410 and PN532), RFID and Radar Cover(Roof Cover)I have purposely not added holes for external wires and left it to user to either drill or edit design files to suite your couplers etc..Design files are included so have fun:)
