Hi-Hat with 75mm Bowl

Hi-Hat with 75mm Bowl

thingiverse

A simple Hi-Hat with a 75mm bowl originally printed for a V-Slot camera slider project I finished. No guarantees if you try to use it with equipment (that should go without saying), but it works fine under light duty with a 5kg load. But seriously, it's plastic - don't put an ARRI on this. The lower part is designed to mount on top of any Open Builds gantry cart (-except the mini-V, that would be a really bad idea), and the lower part isn't required. The Hi-Hat legs fit into the cylindrical nubs on the lower part, it's a very tight fit - depending on your printer's accuracy some light sanding or drilling may be in order. But I mean it, it's really tight - once it is on, it's there for good. Additionally, there are holes for 4 - M5x20 hex socket screws, one per leg. Do not attempt to use the screw to tighten the lower part to the leg - take my word on this - it won't work.
