Hi-Hat Controller (Prototype)

Hi-Hat Controller (Prototype)

cults3d

I'm designing a basic hi-hat controller, but I believe it could be used with many sound modules. Since I don't have a Roland or Yamaha cymbal pad, I haven't tested it in combination. However, I've successfully paired it with the Roland TD-10. Now, I'm working on a cymbal pad and will release a new controller once it's complete. This is just a prototype, so you may need to modify it based on your specific needs. For example, if your jack has a different shape, you might have to trim part of the model. This project is still in development, but I'll post detailed production instructions on this blog: https://open-e-drums.tumblr.com/. You'll need an appropriate sponge foam and a 6.3mm audio jack for this project. The FSR can be found at adafruit.com (product #1075).
