I wasn't thrilled with the existing options, especially when paired with my servo, so I designed a new mount aiming to minimize any excess bump steer. This mount drops the servo down, allowing the steering rod to attach to the back side of the servo horn. Once I get a new steering rod in, I'll share a photo. You'll need about 75mm of steering rod from eye to eye. The servo I used is an ebay find - "Waterproof DS3218MG Digital Servo 20KG Torque Metal Gear For RC Car Robot Accs". As I mentioned, this solution worked for my setup. I'm sharing it in case others are looking for another alternative =)\r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the spacers have their holes offset to one side slightly. Check out the sides of the servo mount for reference when installing.
