Hexxy (a tessellation)

I get such a kick out of experimenting with designing tessellations, and it's even more fun to play around with them once I've got a physical version in my hands! This is my second tessellation creation of 2020. After doodling around for a bit, it just kind of came together on its own, and I'm really proud of how it turned out! After printing up a few of these, I realized that it proved to be really tough! (at least, for me - maybe you'll have better luck!). I've added two designs. One has holes in it, but the second one doesn't, which might make it more challenging as it'll be harder to tell which side is up. I'd love it if anyone out there would like to 3D print (or laser cut etc) a few of either or both designs and give them a try!
